Front Office Clerk/Receptionist
Description
Holistic, clean beauty facial spa seeking a motivated and efficient individual for part-time Front Desk Reception. We are looking for someone with sunny email and phone etiquette, experience with Microsoft Suite and Outlook, and fantastic customer service skills who is comfortable multi-tasking and wearing many hats.
Reports to our Spa Office Manager and Owner. Rate starting at $20/hr with room for growth. Must be comfortable working a set schedule of 8:30am-2:30pm on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Responsibilities include:
- Running day to day front desk operations like answering emails, scheduling clients, answering phones, checking clients in/out, and maintaining a clean and organized back and front desk area
- Maintaining good communication with clients through making confirmation calls, sending follow-up emails, and assisting in retail sales
- Setting up the space for the day including making tea, doing light laundry/dishes, and some vacuuming/dusting
- Assisting morning time LED Clients with protocol and choosing a setting for their unique concerns
-Stocking the retail shelves as needed, checking in new stock and packages, updating inventory when new orders of product arrive
-Assisting in administrative tasks such as communicating with building management, receiving and unpacking packages, doing inventory counts/maintenance, and some occasional re-merchandising of the shelves
